In the eyes of others, you have done well. You have been there as a dedicated partner, parent and colleague. Perhaps your substance use or other mental health challenge has progressed and you are no longer able to be there for others, or for yourself. You have so much to be grateful for, yet there is something missing that stands in the way of your joy, and substances or some other unhealthy behaviour is not working anymore to fill that void. You make promises to yourself to make a change, but then you find yourself back at square one.

But from a place deep within your heart… You have always known, there has to be a better way.

You have questions….

Do you have concerns that if you stop using substances or seek professional help for your mental health issues that your life will drastically change?

Do you have fears about the future?

Are you concerned about your mental, physical and emotional health?

Does it seem like there is no off button when you drink or use?

Perhaps you’ve tried 12 step and other programs, but nothing sticks.

Your friends, family and colleagues seem to be happy, well-adjusted and able to use substances without any serious problems.

Do you feel different from everyone else?

Are you harbouring feelings of anger and resentment?

You have good intentions and start projects but never finish them.

You know you have more to offer, but you find yourself falling back into old patterns of behaviour to cope with life.

You know there is some kind of trauma that is preventing you from finally taking action, but you don’t know which actions to take to come back to who you really are.

Are your secrets weighing you down?

You’ve made a plan and a promise to yourself to change, but after just a few days, or weeks you feel like you’re back to where you started. Or maybe you fear your bad habits could be progressing even further.

Are any of the following keeping you stuck in a loop?

  • Guilt

  • Shame

  • Overworking

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Toxic Relationships
